Our Florida-based virtual professionals function entirely as unlicensed real estate assistants in strict compliance with the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). Our staff does not engage in real estate negotiations, independent property showings, contract interpretations, or any other activities requiring a real estate license under Florida law. All final contract actions, listing approvals, and negotiations must remain under the licensed oversight of our clients.
