I started Broadwell after watching the same thing happen over and over: an agent has a great month, then spends the next one buried in follow-ups, MLS entry and disclosures — and the pipeline goes quiet again.
It's not a discipline problem. There's just more admin in this business than one person can carry while also being the face of it. Most agents solve it by hiring a general assistant who needs six months to learn real estate, or by trying to do it all at 10pm.
So we built the other option. One Florida team that already knows Stellar MLS, already knows FREC rules, and already knows what a clean file looks like. You hand over the back office; we run it quietly under your name.
We're deliberately small. I'd rather know every client's business well than sign up a hundred and know none of them. If we're a fit, you'll deal with actual people who remember your listings — and if we're not, I'll tell you that on the first call.

Month to month with 14 days' notice. If it stops being worth it, you go — and your files stay.
