  • We handle the day-to-day operations of your property, including guest communication, pricing, bookings, and coordinating cleaning and maintenance — so you don’t have to.

  • Airbnb or any STR site pays you directly for bookings. We then invoice our management fee monthly based on the total revenue generated.

  • Our management fee typically ranges from 15–25% of booking revenue, depending on the level of service and property.

  • No. We can help you set up your listing from scratch or optimize an existing one to improve performance.

  • We coordinate trusted local cleaners and maintenance professionals. You remain responsible for covering these costs, but we handle the scheduling and communication.

  • We coordinate repairs quickly through trusted vendors and keep you informed. For urgent issues, we can approve small repairs to prevent further damage or guest disruption.

  • As involved as you want. Most of our clients prefer a hands-off experience, but you’ll always have full visibility and can stay as engaged as you’d like.

  • We follow strict guest screening practices, monitor bookings, and coordinate professional cleanings after every stay. We also assist with documenting and reporting any damage through Airbnb if needed.

  • Yes. As the property owner, you are responsible for complying with local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. We can guide you, but we do not provide legal advice.

  • We respond to all guest inquiries, booking requests, and issues promptly — typically within minutes. Fast, professional communication helps improve reviews and increases booking rates.

  • No problem. We can work with your existing cleaner and systems, or recommend trusted vendors if needed. Our goal is to improve operations, not replace what’s already working.
